You can go directly from the apartment to the central rail station by foot, it will take about 10 minutes. Go outside from the apartment, turn on the left and go straight on, you'll find the central rail station in front of you.
You'll also find lots of busses stop really close to the apartment (in Via Marconi).
We suggest you a paid parking as Marconi Garage (Via Riva di reno 63, tel: +39 051 232498). The garage is just 5 minutes walking distance from your apartment and in this way you have not to pay for enter in the center of the cit by car. Daily price is about € 25.
You can find a “taxi station” at 200mt from your apartment. Go downstair, turn on your right and go straight on. On the opposite side o the street you'll see the “taxi station”. Alternatively they can be requested by phone at : +39 051 372727, or we can do it for you.

It is forbidden to organize parties or events
1) Upon arrival all the guests are asked to send by email or whatsapp a photo/file of the personal documents (passports or identity cards) of all the gusts in order to the registration.
2) The guest is responsible for cleaning the property and the laundry. The host is not required to clean the apartment during the guest's stay or to collect and dispose of garbage.
3) The host has the right to enter the leased apartment without noticing and without the permission of the guest only in special circumstances or emergency, when it is necessary in order to prevent damage and when he has suspicions of violations of the house rules. 4) The host is not responsible for personal properties of the guest, while pledging to protect them, alerting the guest in case of danger 5) Pets may enter the rented unit only with the permission of the host. It is forbidden to bring pets without showing them at the moment of booking.
6) It is forbidden to bring in the apartment flammable, explosive, irritating substances or substances that emit very strong odors.
7) It is forbidden to take away anything from the house even as souvenirs (eg. Ornaments, towels, bedding, chairs, tables, blankets and sunshades).
8) From 2 pm to 4 pm and from 11 pm to 8 am the silence of the neighborhood should be respected and is therefore forbidden to disturb the neighbors.
9) Please take care of the rented apartment, switch off any electrical device and turn off the taps. In particular do not leave the air conditioning turned on when windows and door are open.
10) It is strictly forbidden to enter the rented unit without the express permission of the host people who are not registered as guests. If the host indicates the presence of non registered guests or not mentioned when booking, he may exercise the right to cancel the booking for all guests.
11) The guest who, intentionally or unintentionally, causes a failure or damage the rented unit will have to repay the full amount related to the damage caused.
